We will send you sample images based on the information you provide. (Normally we will reply within 24 hours.)
We will receive feedback from our customers.
We will send new sample images based on your feedback.
After repeating the above process, the customer is satisfied (final agreement) and can purchase the product.
Once your purchase is confirmed, we will send you the illustration.
Important points to note
Payment can be made from our homepage → Other → "Specific Product Illustrations", but unlike other illustrations sold by our company, specific product illustrations are not distributed by download from this site, but are sent only once via email or SNS message function. Please note this in advance.
The illustrations sent to customers will be only those illustrations after final agreement has been reached. All other rights to the illustrations belong to our company.
Please note that we may decline your request depending on the content. (Excessively sexual or violent content, characters whose copyrights are held by others, etc.)
